The Old Stone Manor is a God given inspiration to Clebe McClary. It is a dedication to the memories of PFC Ralph Johnson and PFC Tom Jennings that gave the ultimate sacrifice serving their country. Clebe has been called to renovate a classic old home built in the late 1930's by German immigrants. His dream is to provide accommodations for soldiers and their families as they attempt to readjust to civilian life together from life changing injuries sustained during wartime service. The property is located on a 10 acre parcel of land located in the beautiful town of Lake Lure, NC. There will be activities for families to share such as shopping in local stores, eating good country cooking and plenty of hiking. The picture at the top of the page shows the view from the property which includes several feet of lakefront access so swimming, boating and fishing will be a common occurrence during their stay. Local ministries have already committed to assist at all levels to provide counseling, housekeeping and maintenance of the property. Please join us in our attempt to provide a new beginning to the true heroes of these United States of America.
